Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette
1/2 clove garlic
11/2 tsps finely grated lemon zest
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T white vinegar
11/2 tsps Dijon mustard
11/2 tsps mild honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tssp freshly grated black pepper
3 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T canola oil
11/2 tsps chopped fresh oregano
Blend all ingredients except oregano in a blender. Transfer to bowl and stir in oregano. Season with S & P
